Mr. Soteriou brings a vast wealth of experience, having worked with some of the world’s leading consumer goods companies, advising on value growth and best-in-class RGM techniques.
Andrew is known for designing innovative Revenue Growth frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits, with an emphasis on collaborative and partnered ways of working. He has led the creation and implementation of large scale strategy and transformation programmes embedding best-practice with the likes of Carlsberg, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Mars.
UpClear see a wide opportunity in working together with both our existing and new clients to build Revenue Management capabilities, based on the foundation of UpClear’s best-in-class software, and staying true to our principles of agility and pragmatism. The RGM practice, led by Andrew, together with new offerings around Data Analysis, are exciting and distinctive new directions, moving UpClear on from solely being a solution provider.
In 2018, we will engage globally with both CPG and RGM leaders, starting with a Revenue Management Share Group during the Consumer Goods Sales & Marketing Summit in New York on June 18. We will announce further engagements throughout the year.
Our recent move into larger offices, in New York and London, will support the expanding RGM Consulting and Analytics team.
