UpClear Adds to Leadership Team and Expands Global Presence

Over the last few months, we have deployed our BluePlanner solution with multiple new clients, expanding into several new countries, as well as continuing to grow our client base in existing markets. BluePlanner is now used in 20+ countries, by both global and local businesses, further establishing it as a leading global Revenue Management solution for the CPG industry.

To support our continuing success, we take this opportunity to introduce key leaders who have joined the UpClear team. Bringing a wealth of talent and experience to deliver further growth and development, we are pleased to welcome:

RP_BWRajeev Prabhakar – Client Services Manager – North America

Rajeev joined UpClear after more than 15 years in CPG. He started his career in CPG Management Consulting, covering CRM/TPM with IBM / PwC first, then with Oracle-Siebel. He then joined Clorox where he spent the next 10 years leading projects in IT transformation, Trade Promotion Optimization, and Sales Planning.

Rajeev is responsible for supporting UpClear’s growing North American client base.

PM_BWPrashanth Maheshwar – Client Services Manager – Asia

Prashanth came to UpClear after a decade working in B2B SaaS and FMCG. His experience has seen him work across Asia, supporting a leading event management technology company from its early days to public listing. Recently, he served as Business Development Manager at Reckitt Benckiser.

Prashanth is responsible for supporting UpClear’s growing Asian client base.

JsG_BWJean-Sébastien Ghis – Key Account Manager

Jean-Sébastien has 20 years of experience in FMCG with Danone in IT, Internal Audit, and running transformation projects for Finance, Supply Chain and Sales. He first interacted with UpClear several years ago while leading one of the first deployments of BluePlanner TPM on the client side in the UK.

Jean-Sébastien has joined UpClear as Key Account Manager, to strengthen collaboration and further develop best practices across global business units.

EB_BWEd Bishop – Business Development Manager

Ed joined UpClear with over fifteen years of experience in commercial and the FMCG space in Europe. He has worked on both the supplier, in a variety of commercial roles, and the business and technology consulting sides of the industry.

Ed brings comprehensive understanding of business and commercial requirements to UpClear for developing, improving, and promoting the UpClear BluePlanner solution.

NV_BWNatalie Vandersluis – Solution Architect

Natalie has consulted across Europe and America for some of the largest FMCG companies on best practice definition and deployment of TPM, Joint Business Planning, and other processes.

Natalie is heavily involved with further developing the flexibility of the BluePlanner solution, extending integrations with other mission-critical systems.

In addition, to both support our growing base of clients and develop new opportunities, we are pleased to announce the addition of UpClear branches in California, France, Singapore, and Australia.
