UpClear is entering a new phase of growth in the CPG Revenue Management space. We are expanding our global client base and also providing more data-driven insight to our clients. To support this next phase, we are pleased to announce the following changes to our organization.
We are pleased to announce that Scott Trevena has joined us as Chief Technology Officer. Originally from Australia and based in the US, Scott brings 30 years of software development experience in the Consumer Goods space.
UpClear continues to invest in our scalable SaaS platform that integrates seamlessly with our clients internal systems, and takes distribution data, POS data, market and consumer data to drive data intelligence and analytics. Last year we upgraded our infrastructure to run fully on Microsoft Azure Cloud, and this year we are rolling out our new BluePlanner 5, that provides real-time simulations and scenario planning at multiple levels. In his new role, Scott will lead our data and application development teams in the USA and France to take us to the next level of scalability and data management. Scott replaces Gerard Frantz who was the original architect of the BluePlanner solution.
“I am extremely excited about joining UpClear. UpClear’s BluePlanner software is true multi-tenant SaaS which simplifies deployment and allows us to serve full functionality TPM/O offerings to large and small PG companies alike. The rich data model and the use of MS Azure are creating lots of opportunities for us to provide our customers with advanced analytics and insights, which will be one of my focus areas. I have had the pleasure of attending virtually my first internal quarterly town hall which bought the whole team together which was informative and a lot of fun. I have been very impressed by those that I have been able to interact with already.” – says Scott.
We are creating a new global Client Delivery team, under the leadership of Christopher Reid, Global Delivery Director. Christopher joined UpClear in 2017 and has been managing our European project team with great success for the past two years. In his new global role, Christopher will lead a team of ten delivery managers to support rollouts to small and large consumer goods companies.

With a global team of professionals dedicated entirely to deployment, we are well-positioned to further standardize the BluePlanner onboarding process for new clients and deliver incremental value for our existing customers. I’m really looking forward to taking some of the best practices from our multi-market deployments across EMEA and apply them to our extended client base worldwide.” – says Christopher.
We maintain our focus on Client Success with our three regional practices, led by our industry experts: Rajeev Prabhakar, Client Service Director for Americas, Gabriele Plate Client Service Director for Europe, and Bevan Webb, Client Service Director for Asia-Pacific.
Operations and Human Resources
With a greater than ever focus on operational efficiency, organizational development and social responsibility, we are also promoting Remy Delattre to Operations and HR Director.
Remy was involved in the early days of UpClear back in 2008, and will now play a pivotal role in structuring, developing and growing a truly global team. We have colleagues from 18 nationalities in seven countries (USA, Mexico, UK, France, Hong-Kong, Japan, Australia) and maintaining a strong culture and collaboration is paramount to our success. And as success in business also comes with a more inclusive and sustainable footprint, Remy will lead our social responsibility commitment, as we embark to become a B-Corp certified company.
