2024-07-19 – Microsoft Global Outage
BluePlanner and its associated services running on Microsoft Azure were not affected by the outage and is operational.
2024-06-13 4.45pm EST -Login issues
At 4.20pm EST we experienced again issues with BluePlanner login, unrelated to yesterday. We had a failure on our application gateway. This has been resolved and the system is up again.
2024-06-12, 5.50pm EST – Recent outage update
We experienced infrastructure issues affecting BluePlanner in North America, starting on 2024-06-12 3.50pm EST. The issue was identified (related to the cache server) and resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.
