A brief history of UpClear

2004
BluePlanner Created
The first version of BluePlanner is created in collaboration with Danone business units in the UK as a solution for Sales Planning and Promotions Management.

2007
UpClear Founded
UpClear is formed in London to turn BluePlanner into a software and commercialize it.
2007
2008
First Client in the USA
King Arthur Flour Company selects BluePlanner to manage their sales plans and promotions. The product is deployed and supported as a hosted solution.

2013
Asia Footprint
Business growth calls for a top Client Success Team and more offices, including Hong Kong, with deployments in Indoneisa, China, and subsequently Japan.

UpClear Ranks on the Inc 5000
UpClear’s first appearance on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America.

Office Expansion
UpClear opens offices in Paris to host R&D, and also expands presence in Sydney, Mexico City & Japan.

Revenue Milestone
UpClear manages 70+ clients across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and passes $10M of annual revenue.

UpClear Joins 1% for the Planet
UpClear and its team are committed to the environmental impact. 1% of the revenue is donated to non-profit partners.

BluePlanner 5 is launched. UpClear supports more than 80 brands around the world!
