Craig is responsible for global finance at UpClear, focusing on financial activities, accounting, and FP&A in support of its accelerated growth, and working with leadership on strategic developments. He brings a range of experience in establishing and improving financial platforms. Previously, he was with a private investment firm working with their portfolio companies on acquisition integration, financial transparency, process improvement, and ERP deployment.

His earlier positions include serving as the CFO responsible for the financial and operational revitalization of a distressed organization and Head of Finance for the US entity of a global digital commerce SaaS solution.
