
UpClear congratulates Back to Nature Foods, on their successful completion of BluePlanner deployment! The brand chose BluePlanner Trade Promotion Management (TPM) in late-2024 for its customer forecasting, promotion planning, deduction management, trade spending accruals, and business analysis capabilities.
BluePlanner’s deployment process is divided into phases. During the first phase, the focus is on enabling the Back to Nature team to build bottom-up account plans in BluePlanner. This milestone included collaborative workshops, TPM configuration, and data integration. In the second phase, payment and deduction management capabilities, and analytics dashboards were rolled-out, and systems integration work took place.
