How is this different than regular BlueDeductions?
BlueDeductions Express (BDE) is a self-service, pay-as-you-go app that is used by itself.
The primary difference between BlueDeductions and BDE is connectivity with other capabilities.
BlueDeductions is natively part of the broader BlueRGM platform, connecting it with planned promotion information in BluePlanner for validation. Also, actual spending is sent back to BluePlanner where a customer P&L is maintained.
BlueDeductions can also be set up to integrate promotions from other TPM systems. In BDE, integration isn't supported. You upload deduction documents and other related artifacts needed for research and validation.
Another type of connection supported in BlueDeductions is integration of deduction data to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other finance systems. With BDE, the output is structured data you can download.
