Recapping the November 2025 FMCG RGM Summit in London

All About RGM in Central London

On Thursday 13th November over 35 companies and 90+ people from leading FMCG companies participated in UpClear’s November FMCG RGM Summit in Central London.

The afternoon consisted of guest speakers, panel discussions, fire-side chats and round-table discussions, supplemented with coffee breaks and concluding with informal drinks. 

  • Jelle de Jong from Lexia Analytics shared how to navigate the giants and master trading terms for profit & partnership. 
  • We then had an excellent panel discussion with Kimberly Clark, Perfetti Van Melle and UpClear discussing how to strike the right balance between global and local when deploying RGM capability throughout an organisation.  
  • Ferrero and UpClear discussed the best approach to building RGM talent within a company for the next decade, ranging from skill set and experience needed, engaging and collaborating successfully across the organisation and where best to find the right future team members. 
  • Danilo Zatta from Valcon Consulting gave a highly energetic presentation on how to boost profits with innovative pricing models, focusing on price being the strongest and quickest RGM lever. 
  • The Compleat Food Group, TATA Consumer Products, Mars and UpClear discussed how to win in inflationary times, covering pricing and promotional strategy and how data, analytics and tools enable firms to succeed.  
  • Participants then split into mixed tables and discussed how to move from chasing promotional volume to delivering value through smarter promotion planning. 

The day was full of shared learnings, mistakes and pitfalls to avoid, best practice and practical take-aways to help enable practitioners and organisations to drive commercial success in FMCG through RGM.  Everyone had a valuable, insightful and enjoyable afternoon, with one guest describing it as “the best industry event I’ve been to”.
