New York, NY – June 30,2025 – UpClear, a global leader in Gross-to-Net Revenue Management software for Consumer Goods Brands, today released its business review for the first half of fiscal year 2025 highlighting achievements in innovation, market engagement, and the growth of their business. The company also provided insight into its strategic direction and priorities for the remainder of 2025.
The first half of 2025 saw product development that increases UpClear’s position as a leader in the SaaS Gross-to-Net Revenue Management software industry.
The company has brought innovation and automation into its BluePlanner platform with activation of AI-based capabilities to support three core CPG business processes: “Annual Operating Planning” (AOP), “Account Planning,” and “Execution.”
As the company rolls out these new capabilities to clients in the second half of 2025, more data science capacity has been added to further enhance collaboration, automation, and intelligence.
In 2025, UpClear launched industry “Summit” events that bring together software vendors, consultants, clients, and other consumer goods company representatives. These events are organized around business themes and feature presentations, panels, roundtables, and networking. In the first half of 2025, the company hosted Summits on Deduction Management (February, Austin, TX), and Revenue Growth Management (May, London). Later this year, UpClear will host a Trade Planning Summit (September, Singapore), a Route-to-Market Forecasting Summit (October, San Francisco), and a second RGM-focused event (November, London).
UpClear also maintained strong client engagement and proximity, extending its “Elevate” client conferences to include events in Singapore (September) and the Western coast of the United States (October), while maintaining events in New York (May) and London (May and November). These events provide companies with opportunities to observe new AI and automation initiatives and assess how they can adopt such capabilities.
Reflecting a growing interest and trust in the company’s solutions, UpClear maintained its consistent growth, onboarding new clients in the first half of the year like The Compleat Food Group in the UK, as well as Blount Fine Foods and Cacique in the United States.
Finally, to fulfill its commitment to market expansion and support its value proposition, the company continued investment in its go-to-market engine with the creation of new roles and the addition of industry veterans.
Thierry Soudee, Founder and CEO of UpClear, commented, “We are at a promising inflection point, and 2025 is a transformative year. In the past few years we upgraded our infrastructure and rebuilt our software – including a revamp of our data model to accommodate more standardization, flexible APIs and a unified data layer for quick data access. We also augmented our R&D team and industrialized our DevOps processes. We are now able to rapidly configure integration with third party point solutions and deliver AI-based automation and optimization.
BluePlanner is the hub where customer planning, execution, and analysis intersect. Our technology connects different sources of data and automates work. This empowers collaboration and intelligence in critical business activities. We are uniquely positioned as a Gross-to-Net Revenue Management software for Consumer Goods brands. With a now greater focus on our go-to-market strategy, we are expecting continuous growth in the second half of 2025 and beyond.”
At UpClear, our mission is to empower Consumer Goods brands to maximize revenue performance and trade investment returns through intelligent, collaborative software—providing a single source of truth, streamlined automation, and actionable insights.
