On Thursday, May 15th UpClear welcomed over 30 representatives from leading Consumer Goods companies for our annual East Coast client conference, Elevate NYC. It was our largest gathering yet. Held at our global headquarters in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, the event was an energizing day of cross-company collaboration, learning, and strategic discussion.
We began the day with a dive into the BluePlanner Product Roadmap, sharing updates on current development priorities and giving attendees a preview of future capabilities. In the afternoon, we shifted gears into interactive roundtable discussions, where clients and UpClear team members explored industry challenges, exchanged ideas, and surfaced valuable insights across trade promotion, revenue management, and data strategy.
Clients shared real-world applications, raised thoughtful questions, and provided positive feedback, which will directly inform future product development. Jean Hong is Senior Director of Client Services,

The overwhelmingly positive response reinforced what we’ve seen from events around the globe: Elevate is becoming a key platform for thought leadership and community-building across the UpClear client network.
So far this year, Elevate client conferences have been held in London and New York City. In addition, UpClear has hosted share group-style “Summit” meetings where we welcomed both client and non-client guests. The first in 2025 was focused on Deduction Management in Austin, TX, and the second on RGM in London. Still to come this year are the Singapore Elevate and Trade Planning Summit in September, San Francisco Elevate West and Summit in October, and finally, London Elevate & RGM Summit in November.
