Diamond Foods, California-based maker of fresh whole and chopped nuts since 1912, has just completed Phase 1 of UpClear’s BluePlanner Trade Promotion Management deployment. Congratulations to the team for wrapping up their Sales Planning training and go-live!
During Phase 1 of implementation, the milestone was enabling the Diamond Foods team to create bottom-up account plans. This included deep-dive workshops on business process and design, configuration of BluePlanner TPM, data loading, and train-the-trainer knowledge development. During this period, we also prioritize communication and alignment, striving to identify potential challenges and create mitigation strategies proactively.
The Diamond Foods team is now working on Phase 2, focusing on setup of check payment and deduction management capabilities, analytic dashboards, and integration; the automation of data imports and exports. In partnership with the Diamond Foods team, UpClear Deployment will fine-tune processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.
“We are excited to join forces with Diamond Foods to drive improvement in sales planning and trade spend management. We are confident that the depth and breadth of data created and managed in BluePlanner will unlock new opportunities for growth and success.” – Owen Westcott, UpClear Director of Delivery
