iHealth, maker of Culturelle, AZO, Estroven, and other health and wellness brands, has completed Phase 1 BluePlanner TPM implementation. The company, a division of DSM-Firmenich, reviewed a number of vendors to replace their pre-existing Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution. They selected BluePlanner TPM by UpClear.
Using UpClear’s phased deployment methodology, iHealth- along with UpClear’s Deployment and Solutions teams- has successfully configured BluePlanner TPM, loaded master data, and tested the system. This enables users to be trained and build account plans before the entire project is completed. Next, work focuses on configuring the BluePlanner TPM Payments module used for reconciling deductions and creating check payment requests. Integration work also continues to complete the link between BluePlanner TPM and their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP.
“Congratulations to our partners on the iHealth team. We are proud to support iHealth’s sales planning and trade spend management. We look forward to continuing our collaboration on this project and work supporting capabilities they need in the future.” – Owen Westcott, UpClear Delivery Director
