Use the powerful, unified database of forecasts, actual sales, reporting, and dashboards created by BluePlanner to assist in the sales and operation planning (S&OP) process. Alongside the bottom-up forecast created by account teams, BluePlanner creates a parallel forecast. To this, adjustments can be added for dynamics not accounted for in the bottom-up plan. The result is the sales team's input to the consensus forecast.
