Northern California-based Miyoko’s Creamery has selected BluePlanner Trade Promotion Management (TPM) from UpClear for sales and promotion planning and management of trade spending and deductions.
Established in 2014, Miyoko’s specializes in dairy-free products including butter and a wide variety of cheeses, produced with cashews, oats and chickpea flour. Consistent with other emerging brands, the Miyoko’s team has been using a combination of Excel and email to manage the sales process and create reporting. Like many burgeoning companies, this became unsustainable as their product portfolio grew, customers were added, deductions multiplied, and more people took part in the process.
BluePlanner TPM is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform built specifically for Consumer Goods Sales and Deduction Management teams. The information created in it is further used by Finance and Demand Planning functions.
With BluePlanner TPM, the Miyokos team will add structure and control to their sales planning and deduction management process. Plus, BluePlanner’s Business Review reporting will enable them to rollup customer and product sales, spending, net sales and profit at the click of a button.
