Setting Authorized Spending for Accounts

Define the spending that is authorized for accounts.

How it Works

Define an account’s authorized spending by establishing variable budgets using spend rates (can be customer and/or product-specific), and/or fixed values.

Base functionality establishes funds and reporting facilitates comparison to projected spending. When additional control is needed, The BluePlanner Funds capability defines funding with additional scope conditions. Additionally, workflow approval stages can be triggered when exceptions are present.
