UpClear is the maker of the Blue RGM Intelligence Platform for consumer goods brands. The platform uses agentic AI for three purposes: to predict outcomes, optimize plans, and automate work, supporting revenue growth management and human decision-making.
Our AI systems are designed to support business decisions, not to make decisions autonomously.
Promotion simulations use predictive modeling to estimate likely sales results from selected tactics.
Optimization agents assemble promotions against defined objectives and constraints, refined by the user.
Orchestration agents monitor plans and automate work across volume and promotion planning and deduction management workflows.
UpClear's AI tools are designed to support, not replace, human judgment. Users within the customer's organization review and interpret AI-generated outputs and remain responsible for checking them before relying on them for business decisions. Human-in-the-loop oversight is maintained at all times.
We strive to be transparent about the role of AI in our platform and to communicate clearly about the capabilities and limitations of our AI features, enabling customers to understand how AI supports their workflows.
Each client's data is kept separate from that of other customers and is not combined across accounts. Data is protected with encryption while stored and while being transmitted, alongside organizational, technical, and physical security measures designed to guard against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Access is governed by role-based controls.
Access rights are limited to what is necessary.
A secure password policy is enforced.
Single sign-on may be utilized.
The platform is tested on an ongoing basis.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
UpClear does not use client data to train or improve any third-party AI models. Client data may be used to train and improve UpClear's proprietary AI models and services, which are developed and operated internally. Use of data for internal models is subject to UpClear's security and privacy controls, including restricted access, encryption, and compliance with applicable confidentiality, contractual and data protection obligations.
Client retains all right, title, and interest in and to Client Documents and any data provided to UpClear for processing.
Prior to any release, AI-enabled features are evaluated through testing procedures intended to assess accuracy, reliability, performance, and alignment with the intended use case. UpClear does not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be free from bias or error and recommends appropriate human review of all results.
UpClear maintains governance processes designed to support the secure, responsible, and compliant development, deployment, and operation of AI-enabled services.
Where external AI services support a feature, client data is used only to deliver that feature and is never kept or reused to train models. UpClear does not share client data with third parties.
UpClear regularly reviews and improves its AI systems, governance processes, and security controls to support ongoing reliability, compliance, and performance. AI practices are updated as technologies, regulations, and industry standards evolve.
For questions about our AI practices, security, or governance, our team is available to help.
