Musco Family Olive Company Picks BluePlanner TPM


Musco Family Olive Company is an 80-year-old third generation family-owned company that is a leader in the market for branded fresh olives.  They have selected UpClear’s BluePlanner TPM for their next generation of sales planning and trade spend management capabilities. 

Musco made the decision to upgrade capabilities in an effort to better align all departments on one version of the truth, properly align accruals and spending with plans, simplify deduction management, and improve reporting.

Assisting Musco with the deployment project is Clarkston Consulting.  They will, working alongside UpClear Deployment, augment the Musco team during the rollout of BluePlanner TPM. Says Loeffl, “Clarkston’s main role will be in the area of project management as well as subject matter expertise and guidance, training, and change management strategy execution.”
