
The Honest Company has completed the first phase of its rollout of the Blue RGM platform, marking a critical milestone in the company’s commercial foundation. Known for its health-focused baby and household products, as well as endorsement from co-founder Jessica Alba, The Honest Company is a standout brand in the personal care and consumer goods industry. As the business continues to grow, the team is prioritizing structure and discipline in trade promotion and revenue growth management.
The Honest Company launched its partnership with UpClear in the first quarter of 2026, after deciding it was time for a dedicated Trade Promotion Management solution as their operations scaled beyond what Excel could efficiently support. Between managing trade rates, budgets, sales forecasting, and future-year planning across a growing business, they found they needed to upgrade to a dedicated platform. After positive experience working with UpClear products in other work, members of their team brought the BlueRGM platform forward as the natural next step.

This achievement comes alongside other technical initiatives across the team, including a new multi-level product hierarchy structure that The Honest Company was rolling out. The team at UpClear is eager to continue working with The Honest Company through the next phase of setup, building deeper integrations and expanding capabilities.
