Throughout UpClear’s history, there have been several evolutions of teams within the organization. The latest change addresses the structure of our client-facing teams in North America: Client Delivery, and Client Success.
These two groups have been combined to form North America “Client Services.” Jean Hong has been promoted to Senior Director and leads this team. An industry veteran, Jean joined UpClear in 2022, bringing a wealth of CPG practitioner experience from work at Dannon, Unilever, Nestle Nutrition, Nielsen, Trax Retail, and SymphonyAI.
Jean and her deputies collaborate with UpClear’s clients to maximize the value of BluePlanner, enabling them to gain deeper insights into business performance and improve gross-to-net revenue management.
