Electrolit, the popular electrolyte hydration beverage brand, has gone live on BluePlanner TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Standard Edition from UpClear in the United States. Sales and Finance users were trained and are now using the system to plan promotional sales and spending, execute their plans, and track performance of business with BluePlanner reporting.
Electrolit USA selected the solution at the end of 2022 (see BluePlanner TPM is the Right Fit for Electrolit USA). The rollout project spanned over 6 months from May to October 2023. Electrolit engaged Clarkston Consulting to support project management and organizational change management and system adoption. Together, UpClear Deployment, Clarkston, and Electrolit worked together to configure, integrate and roll out the BluePlanner solution to users.
BluePlanner, already proven with other beverage companies in North America, will help Electrolit add structure, control, insight and speed, all to support growth in a complex route to market via distributors.
